In 2016, the UK saw a record breaking 40 million bottles of gin sold that was enough to make 1.12 billion Gin and Tonics… imagine the number of lemons needed to feed those glasses. So yes, we, in the UK, love a great cocktail, from the simple the more complicated, we’re not afraid to show our tastebuds need some stimulation and sitting with a glass of something soothing is just what we need.
